Yesterday I bought new shoes for my new running experience. All the tennis shoes I tried, didn't work, after running my knees would hurt. I have high arches in my feet. I bought walk n tone shoes,, although it says in the information provided with the shoes (that I didn't read until I got home, and the girl at the store hadn't read either) not to jog or run in the shoes, I found them to work fine on pavement; however, on the ground I was a little off balance. Dr. Oz, says to drink protein shakes, yesterday I bought soy protein shake mix, I also started drinking soy milk last week. I developed this problem with my stomach almost 4 years ago, and after 3 years of going to the Dr. all the time and them telling me there was nothing wrong with me, except I have IBS, which by the way can be very painful at times, I decided maybe I have became Lactose Intolerant. I started the soy protien shake with soy milk today, will update later on how that is working out. As of now, I am sitting on my bed with ice on my knee, I think walking/running with the wrong shoes, I may have pulled something. I can't run far at a time, It's not that I'm tired, it's that my muscles in my legs cramp up, so hopefully after a while this will get better, and I can run farther without having to stop and walk. That's all I have for now will write later.
